The National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development is accepting nominations for its 2025 Native American 40 Under 40 award through November 1. 

The national program, now in its 16th year, honors young American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian leaders under 40 who have shown exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to their professions and communities.

Eligibility:

  • American Indians (including Canadian First Nations), Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians
  • Under 40 years old as of January 1, 2025
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and dedication in their field and community

The Native American 40 Under 40 Awards program, which recently celebrated its 15th anniversary, plays an important role in recognizing and fostering young Native talent across diverse fields. Potential nominees are advised to start the extensive application process early to ensure thorough completion.
